The Immaculate Heart Community’s (IHC) 50 year mission to elevate our understanding of the global need to ensure the welfare of women and girls, takes action to encourage women’s intellectual, emotional, and spiritual growth. IHC’s leadership in promoting the secular, spiritual, and political communities is the core commitment of our work.

As a part of IHC’s efforts to raise awareness of the importance of women to the reform of religious communities and in broadening the inclusion of the marginalized, the Commission For Women actively engages the public to recognize patriarchal bias in teachings and encourages a broadening of the leadership role of women in secular society.
