What We Offer

IHC has developed a comprehensive set of employee benefit programs to supplement our employees’ regular wages. Our benefits represent a helpful extra value of additional income to our employees. Employees who regularly work a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Medical Coverage
    Employees choose from medical coverage options, which include HMO, and PPO options. IHC picks up a generous amount of the premium; making the monthly amount Employees pay for medical and prescription drug coverage for themselves and their families affordable.
  • Dental Coverage
    Dental coverage options include preventive, basic, major, and orthodontic care.
  • Vision Coverage
    Vision coverage is an available option for Employees and their families, and includes complete eye exams and contact lenses, or lenses and frames.
  • Basic Life Insurance
    All Employees receive Basic Term Life Insurance at no cost, up to $25,000.00
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance 
    Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance is also available as another way to protect Employees and/or their families in the event of an accident.
  • 403(b) Plan
    Save for retirement through our 403(b) Plan with pre-tax contributions. Employees can choose from a broad spectrum of investment options, and rollover any eligible funds from a previous employer.
  • Paid Holidays
    Employees receive 11 paid holidays annually and 2 paid personal holidays.
  • Vacation
    Vacation time is given to employees so they may relax refresh their spirit, and spend their days in ways of their own choosing. Employees earn vacation time every pay period based on their years of service.
  • Other Available Benefits
    Other available Benefits include Mileage Reimbursement, Cell Phone Allowance, Longevity Awards, and all other federal and state leave entitlements.

Employees who regularly work less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the following benefits:

  • Sick
    Employees earn 24 hours (3 days) of sick leave annually.
